Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff
During my stay, I found the rooms to be clean and surprisingly spacious, which made for a comfortable visit. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel’s location was also convenient, with quick access to local attractions. However, I believe the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.

I found the room clean and spacious with comfy beds. The microwave and fridge added a nice touch for snacks. The location offered easy access to downtown Raleigh, which was a plus. However, the breakfast options were underwhelming, with limited choices and basic items. Also, the staff at night seemed uninterested, creating an unwelcoming vibe. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, but the lack of attention from the front desk staff was noticeable, impacting my overall experience.

The room was super clean and cozy. I loved that thoughtful snack box waiting for me! I really enjoyed the relaxing pool and cozy lounge area that helped me unwind after a long day. The only little hiccup was the strong cleaning smell in the room, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Great staff makes a difference!
Had a decent stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower pressure was awesome! Destiny at the front desk was super friendly and made check-in easy, really went outta her way for me. The only bummer was that the sink was a bit cramped. Oh, and the fries we found under the bed? Yikes!
